Wingychu v3

A while ago I looked at [link] and was bugged by the cutoffs. I posted a quick tail change, but that bugged me too. So... I finally just finished the damn thing. Some four or five years after it was drawn, partially colored by Raven, and remixed twice, it is finally complete.

Yay! Because everyone needs a Wingychu for a brighter tomorrow...
